Our advice and the home search cost you nothing. The commission is paid by the seller, on a closed sale. No sign-up fees, no retainers.

We tell you no when the answer is no
If a home is overpriced, has title problems or does not fit your financing, you will hear it from us before you lose a trip across the border.

You always know what is next and who it depends on
At every step we tell you the next one, who has to do it and how long it usually takes — fideicomiso, notary and bank included.

We explain and prepare; we do not replace the notary
We help you arrive with complete paperwork and understand what you sign. In Mexico the notary gives legal certainty and calculates the taxes for your case — saying so clearly is part of the service.
